- If the item shows obvious signs of use, damage, missing parts, or packaging is not intact, we may refuse your return or charge a restocking fee. In such cases, we will inform you before completing any refund or exchange.
Items That Can’t Be Returned

- Ship the item back to the address we provide using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your request is approved.
- If approved, we’ll process refunds to the original payment method, or offer an exchange or store credit—whichever you prefer, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind about an item:
- You can still return it under our 30-day policy, but you’ll be responsible for both outbound and return shipping.
- Items must meet the same return conditions (new, unused, original packaging, etc.).

- Please keep your tracking number for the return shipment. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
